		<description>Alex I couldn&#039;t agree more.  This opinion is becoming more pervasive, let&#039;s just hope that those in charge of the bailout funds will do the right thing.  Once again it&#039;s going to be a delicate balancing act to balance what is urgent with what is important.</description>
